The value of a Category Value for a Function is calculated by a weighted average, where the [[Category weight (Category value)]] is used for the weights. The attribute name of a particular Category value is obtained by prepending the Category name to the Category value. For example, the demand for parking lots for offices is obtained using the attribute OFFICE_PARKING_LOTS_DEMAND_PER_M2.
