Heat flow value at start year	HEAT_FLOW_M2_START_VALUE	m²	-100 to 100	The amount of resources (FLOW) requested by a net load in the starting year. This value increases via HEAT_FLOW_M2_CHANGE_PER_YEAR until the building's construction year, then is multiplied by the associated address size to determine the default FLOW.

• The default values for this Category Value are determined in cooperation with the expert party who commissioned the Network technology.
• The default values are not overwritten during the creation of a new project.
• Category values are stored in a Function as followed: 'Category name'_'category value'. For example, SOCIAL_HEAT_FLOW_M2_START_VALUE.
