The aquifer is an additional definition for the ground, allowing for ground horizontal flow different from the ground terrain's GROUND_INFILTRATION_MD.

Notes
- The aquifer only functions if its hydraulic conductivity is greater than 0. If it is 0 or less the aquifer is disregarded, and the GROUND_INFILTRATION_MD of the ground terrain is used.
- The aquifer functionality is also used to model drainages.
- Overlapping Aquifers are not allowed. Should in any location two or more Aquifers overlap, the values of one of them is used, and the values of the others are ignored.
