A Plot is a section of land (Dutch:perceel) owned by a particular Stakeholder. A plot can contain one or more Buildings. Together with Buildings it describes the ownership in the Tygron Platform.
The Plots menu can be found in the Current situation tab:
Managing Plots
Plots are not removed manually. This is managed by the Tygron Platform. You can add new Plots or expand existing plots.
Changing the owner of a Plot also changes the owner of Buildings on top.
Changing the owner of a Building can result in either:
- An existing plot changes ownership.
- A new plot is created for the new owner using the polygons of the updated Building.
Usage
Plots can be visualized using the Ownership Overlay and rasterized using the Ownership Grid Overlay.
Notes
- Plot is a Sourced Item, which means its records which Sources created it and which Sources changed any of its properties.
