Plots related to Buildings

A Plot is a section of land (Dutch:perceel) owned by a particular Stakeholder. A plot can contain one or more Buildings. Together with Buildings it describes the ownership in the Tygron Platform.

The Plots menu can be found in the Current situation tab:

Editor → Current Situation (Ribbon tab) → Administrative (Ribbon bar) → Show Plots (Dropdown)

Managing Plots

Plots are not removed manually. This is managed by the Tygron Platform. You can add new Plots or expand existing plots Changing the owner of a Plot also changes the owner of Buildings on top.

Changing the owner of a Building can result in either:

  • An existing plot changes ownership
  • A new plot is created for the new owner of the updated Building.

Usage

Plots can be visualized using the Ownership Overlay and rasterized using the Ownership Grid Overlay.

Notes

  • Plot is a Sourced Item, which means its records which Sources created it and which Sources changed any of its properties.
