Example of the Underground overlay

The Underground Overlay is an overlay which displays the Terrain types of the soil. These terrain types are based on BRO data. Additionally, the overlay displays underground objects from Risicokaart, such as pipes and underground storage of hazardous substances.

Hover panel displays additional information of the objects

Clicking a map location displays the above-ground terrain type, underground details, and elevation in the hover panel. When clicking on a specific object, the type of object and additional information is given.
