The impact range m setting can be configured in the Output Overlays step of a Water Overlay wizard when the impacted buildings result is selected as an output overlay.

This attribute can tune the amount of cells that has to be flooded before the building is considered impacted. For example a value of 0 means the buildings is always impacted, a value of 1 means at least 1m of cells touching the building needs to be flooded and so on. With the Impact flood threshold m attribute the height of the water can be adjusted.
