Impacted buildings result type (Water Overlay)

Icon	Result type	Unit	Mode	Description
	IMPACTED_BUILDINGS	Nominal	Maximum	Buildings impacted by excess water.

Buildings are considered impacted when surface water exceeds the depth set by IMPACT_FLOOD_THRESHOLD_M over a range of at least IMPACT_RANGE_M adjacent to the building.

Notes

0: Building is not impacted
1...10: The (critical) structure is impacted, and has a critical function values set to this value.
