Notes
- Buildings which are SOLID are included in the rasterization step of the elevation model.
- The rasterized height will be limited by overlay model attribute DESIGN_FLOOD_ELEVATION_M.
- This attribute defines whether a buildings blocks water flow up to the height or not. This attribute can be useful to adjust functions for which water should be allowed to flow through, for example hedges.
