	IMPACTED_BUILDINGS	Nominal	Maximum	Buildings impacted by excess water.

Buildings are considered impacted when the building itself or an adjacent cell contains more water on the surface than configured in the IMPACT_FLOOD_THRESHOLD_M and IMPACT_RANGE_M attributes.

Notes

0: Building is not impacted

1...N: The (critical) structure is impacted, and has a critical function values set to this value.
