==Demolishing==
[[Demolish]] is a [[Special Option]] that allows a [[stakeholder]] to remove existing [[building]]s on the [[plot]]s in his [[ownership]]. If a stakeholder does not own these plots, they cannot demolish [[buildings]] on them.


With Demolish a player can demolish existing constructions on the land in his [[ownership]]. If a player doesn't own the land he cannot demolish anything on it.
The demolish functionality is often used to clear an area of existing buildings to create space for new buildings.

Demolish is a Special Option that allows a stakeholder to remove existing buildings on the plots in his ownership. If a stakeholder does not own these plots, they cannot demolish buildings on them.

The demolish functionality is often used to clear an area of existing buildings to create space for new buildings.
