If a project has a Water Overlay, triggering a Weather animation (manually or automatically) visualizes the water's progress during the simulation.

During the weather animation, panels which make use of the VISIBLE_TIMEFRAME attribute will appear only from the specified timeframe.

If only one water overlay refers to a weather effect, triggering that effect animates the overlay's simulation. If no or multiple water overlays refer to a weather effect, one is arbitrarily selected for visualization.
