How to set the instructions of a Chat Channel

How to set the instructions of a Chat Channel:

1. Open a project in the editor.
2. Select the Community tab in the ribbon.
3. Click on Chats. This opens the Chat panel.
4. In the Chat panel, select a Chat Channel in the left overview panel.
5. Click on the Show Settings.
6. Select the Instructions Text Area.
7. Adjust the initial instructions of the Chat Channel.

  Click on Chats in the Community Tab of the ribbon to open the Chat panel.
• 
  Selecting a duplicated Project Agent in the Chat panel.
• 
  Clicking on the Show Settings button to open the Settings panel of a Chat Channel.
• 
  Select and edit the text in the instructions field.

Notes

• Only new or duplicated Chat Channels can be changed.
