Panels output content which are commonly displayed in the viewer interface. However, it is also possible to open a panel in a web browser.
How to open a Panel in a web browser:
- Open the list of Panels.
- Open the "Single Panels" listing.
- In the left panel, select the panel to open.
- At the bottom of the right panel, click on "Open in Web Browser".
- The web browser will now open, and the contents of the Panel will be displayed.
Notes
- The URL used to display the Panel in the web browser includes a Web Token which is tied to the Stakeholder and the Session. If the Panel is not assigned to the Stakeholder, the contents of the Panel are replaced with a message indicating instead that the Panel is not accessible to the Stakeholder. If the Session is closed and a new Session based on the same Project is reopened, the URL is no longer valid.
