Culvert flow direction (Watershed Overlay)

	CULVERT_FLOW_DIRECTION	bool		Whether discharge areas can be propagated/expanded through culverts when water flows through and the other side is not yet assigned a discharge area.	0

Use culvert flow direction to limit the way discharge areas are propagated. When active, if water flows from cell A to cell B via a culvert, cell B's discharge area propagates to cell A unless cell A has a prioritized discharge area.

• This option is only effective when specific discharge areas are used as input.
