When working with the full groundwater model of the Water Overlay, underground seepage may present a significant factor in the underground water balance. For these situations, underground seepage can be configured.

For seepage to be functional, two Seepage GeoTIFFs are required and must be prepared beforehand.

How to configure constant seepage:
  1. Open the Water Overlay Wizard, and proceed to the seepage step.
  2. Opt to select seepage GeoTIFFs and define the seepage factor.
  3. For the pressure GeoTIFF, import your GeoTIFF with seepage pressure values.
  4. Ensure the uploaded GeoTIFF is selected in the dropdown.
  5. For the resistance GeoTIFF, import your GeoTIFF with seepage resistance values.
  6. Ensure the uploaded GeoTIFF is selected in the dropdown.
  7. Close the configuration wizard, and recalculate the Overlay.
