The Demolition cost of a Function can be adjusted in the Function Values Table. These costs are expressed as Currency x 1,000 per surface unit. Currency and measurement units depend on the selected localization of the project.

Adjusting Demolition Costs during a session
Editor → Current Situation (Ribbon tab) → Buildings (Ribbon bar) → Edit Function Values (Dropdown)
How to How to adjust Demolition Costs:
  1. Open Edit Function values
  2. Use the bottom scroll bar to navigate to the right
  3. Double-click the value to adjust the Demolition Cost
