The Demolition cost of a Function can be adjusted in the Function Values Table. These costs are expressed as currency per m2. Currency and measurement units depend on the selected localization of the project.

Adjusting Demolition Costs during a session
Editor → Current Situation (Ribbon tab) → Buildings (Ribbon bar) → Edit Function Values (Dropdown)
How to adjust Demolition Costs:
  1. Open Edit Function values
  2. Use the bottom scroll bar to navigate to the right
  3. Double-click the value to adjust the Demolition Cost
