Notes

• Foliage is excluded from the average when height is larger than attribute: Exclude foliage height m (Heat Stress Overlay).
• Buildings and Water are also excluded from the average when Exclude buildings (Heat Stress Overlay) and Exclude water (Heat Stress Overlay) are positive.
• If less than 10% of the input remains, the value is 1; if less than 20%, it is interpolated between 1 and the average; otherwise, the average value is used. This is described in an erratum on page 126 of the DPRA Heat stress report.
