Inundate land below water level (Subsidence Overlay)

These land tiles flood on the surface due to land subsidence and high managed water levels. This results in the ground water level equalizing with the surface height. In such situation, subsidence due to oxidation will no longer occur. In case the land patches are generally hollow in shape and protected by small levees, this setting should be turned off.
