Notes

This value can also be used to express percentage congested of the extra number of heavy vehicles it will experience.
This value will be grouped with the heavy traffic attribute to form a heavy traffic feature send to the AERIUS Connect API.
The building will be represented as a line feature for the AERIUS Connect API.
