An indicator can be made visible to only one stakeholder when the stakeholder is made "personal" to a particular stakeholder.
How to make an Indicator visible to only one stakeholder:
- Click on Current Situation in the ribbon bar, and subsequently click on the Indicators button.
- In the left panel, select the indicator that you want to adjust.
- With the indicator selected, locate the checkbox named "Personal (linked to Stakeholder) in the detail panel on the right.
- To make it visible to only a particular stakeholder, select this checkbox. A stakeholder selection box will appear.
- In the stakeholder selection box, select the stakeholder for which this indicator should be visible.
Notes
- The indicator will only appear in the top bar
- When an indicator should be personal to multiple stakeholders, you will need to duplicate the indicator.
- Indicators that are personal can use TQL statements to access this stakeholder. See Relation to stakeholders.
