Template Panels allow for the creation of multiple Panels automatically, the content and properties of which are based on the content and properties of the Template Panel. This can be used to create Panels for each Item which is owned by a specific Stakeholder.
Editor → Current Situation (Ribbon tab) → Panels (Ribbon bar) → Template panels (Left panel) → The Panel to edit (Sub-option)
How to create a Panel for each Item owned by a specific Stakeholder:
- create Template Panel instances for Items with a specific owner
- Select the Template Panel in the Editor.
- In the right panel, ensure "Assign to Stakeholder" is checked.
- In the right panel, ensure the desired Stakeholder is selected.
- In the right panel, ensure "Use owner" is not checked.
- In the right panel, ensure the "Relational filter" is set to "Owner".
- At the bottom of the right panel, select "Apply Template"
- There are now only instances of the Template Panel for Items owned by the specified Stakeholder.
