- The default values for this Function Value are conductive for a generic styling, as well as based expert data consulted in past projects.
- The default values are not overwritten during the creation of a new project.

- Although the minimum amount of floors are not overwritten during project creation, sections of Buildings can have varying amount of floors based on data found in project sources.
