Values
- The default values for this Function Value are based on values in the DPRA Heat stress report. Vegetation is set to a default of 0.4, and other values at 3.0.
- The default values are not overwritten during the creation of a new project.

- Heat stress Overlay (specifically DPRA Heat Module)
