The 3D Web Viewer can be easily accessed in the Editor for any Project.

Editor → Tools (Ribbon tab) → Web interface (Ribbon bar) → Show 3D map (Dropdown)
How to open the 3D Web Viewer:
  1. Select Tools in the ribbon.
  2. Find the "Web interface" option, and hover over it to open the dropdown.
  3. Click on "Show 3D map".
