This attribute requires the attribute VISIBLE to be set to 1; if not, the popup will not show at all. The dynamic visibility of the panel (popup) is only apparent when simulating a weather effect and, therefore, will not work in a normal overlay simulation run. The visualization and division of timeframes is automatically derived from the Water Overlay present in the project. |
