The default values for this Category Value are simple divisions (where applicable) to facilitate the base offering of functions with multiple categories.
Buildings generated during project creation can have their values overwritten based on project sources indicating mixed usage of buildings.
Category values are stored in a Function as followed: 'Category name'_'category value'. For example, SOCIAL_CATEGORY_WEIGHT.
