Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance. It forms the core of apprenticeships and provides the backbone of content at institutes of technology (also known as technical colleges or polytechnics). In addition to the basic training required for a trade, occupation or profession, observers of the labor-market recognize as of 2008 the need to continue training beyond initial qualifications: to maintain, upgrade and update skills throughout working life. People within many professions and occupations may refer to this sort of training as professional development.

Here the Tygron staff and community are more then willing to help any user with their questions or comments.

Quickstart training Tygron Platform

Do you want to get started quickly on your own projects using the Tygron Platform? Then sign up with your colleagues on a Quickstart training.

Details Quickstart training

Program

In a start-up meeting we discuss your learning objectives and set the details of the program for the quickstart training day. Possible subjects, depending on your learning objectives, are:
  • How to build a 3D dynamic model?
  • How to add and export data?
  • What is the functionality of the calculation models in the Tygron Platform, how to adjust them and how to add my own models?
After the training, you are able to apply the Tygron Platform for your own projects. You will have documentation and exercises at your availability to make an effective start. You have insight in the possibilities of the Tygron Platform and what you want to learn more.
For who: max. 6 colleagues who are planning to work with projects in the Tygron Platform. There is no specific foreknowledge required, but attendance of at least one trainee with knowledge and experience in GIS is preferable.
Duration: 1 start-up meeting and 1 training day.
Location: Tygron office, The Hague
Costs: +/- 1450 € excl. VAT. per session (max 6 trainees)

Licence

In order to be able to join the training need a licence to the Tygron Platform.

Follow-up

After the Quickstart you will have a full understanding of the possibilities of the Tygron Platform. Tygron has a better understanding of your goals and how you wish to use the Tygron Platform. Together we can discuss the follow-up. It is very likely that you will be able to follow-through after the quickstart individually. The Tygron Platform is well documented and can be used intuitively.
