Editor → Current Situation (Ribbon tab) → Buildings (Ribbon bar) → Edit Function Values (Dropdown)


How to How to adjust construction costs:
  1. Open the Function Values table
  2. Use the bottom scroll bar to navigate to the right
  3. By double clicking on the value 'Sell Price' it can be adjusted
