The DPRA Heat Module for the Heat Stress Overlay requires multiple parameters, a number of which are commonly measured by weathers stations. If there are weather stations near enough to the project area, they can be used as reference weather stations, providing a source for parameters such as (historical) wind speeds or daily temperatures.
Information on Dutch weather stations, and historical hourly weather data, is provided by the KNMI[1].
