Prequel overlays can be linked to the Traffic NO2 Overlay to base traffic intensities for calculations on, rather than basing it on roads and their Attributes in the 3D World.

Notes
- In case a prequel is selected for a particular traffic type, the jam factor is still obtained from the existing roads (Building features), just as when no prequel is provided. The prequel only provides an alternative value for the number of traffic for that traffic type.
