The default values for this Category Value are based on expert data consulted in past projects.
The default values are not overwritten during the creation of a new project.
Category values are stored in a Function as followed: 'Category name'_'category value'. For example, SOCIAL_SELL_PRICE_M2.

In a planning session, the revenue is applied automatically, but revoked if permission explicitly denied by a zone permitter.
