How is the progress indicator implemented in the Tygron Platform?
The progress indicator is a special indicator, which calculates the current total score for each stakeholder. The score of progress indicator is a composite of the other indicators of the stakeholder, weighed by their indicator weights. The central objective for each stakeholder is to maximize their total score.
Indicator targets
It is not possible to set a target for the progress indicator directly. It is only possible to set targets for other indicators by changing indicator targets. As the stakeholder progresses on increasing scores on other indicators, the progress indicator will increase accordingly.
For example, if a stakeholder has scored 75% on their budget, with an importance of 20%, and 50% on a different indicator, with an importance of 80%, the score on their progress indicator will be (75 * 0.2) + (50 * 0.8) = 55%.
