Intro Texts

The Intro Texts menu can be found in the Editor ribbon, by going to Storyline.

Editor → Multi Stakeholder (Ribbon tab) → Intro texts (Ribbon bar)

With the options in this menu it is possible to edit the Interface screens which can be seen when starting a (multi-user) session.

Change Introduction Texts

Select the change project intro tekst option

The default introduction screen.

This option makes it possible to change the tekst and picture on the introduction screen. This is the screen users see, when they start a (multi-user) session. By selecting this option, a new menu appears under the 3D world. Here you can edit the image of the Introduction screen. By default the satellite image of the project area is used. By clicking on the satellite image, it is possible to upload your own image. In the text editor an introduction text can be written to introduce the users to the impact session they are going to play. For example by introducing them to the project area and they challenge they need to solve in this project case.

How to change the intro tekst:

Select in the editor 'Multi stakeholder' from the ribbon header
Select 'Intro Texts' from the ribbon bar
Select 'Change introduction tekst' from the drop down menu
Change the image on the left in the bottom middle panel
Change the tekst on the right in the bottom middle panel

Edit the introduction screen panel.

Change Project names in intro

Select the change project name option

The default starting screen including the projectname.

With this option, it is possible to change the default starting screen. By default the brand name is Tygron Next Generation Planner en the location name is the project name.

How to change a project name:

Select in the editor 'Multi stakeholder' from the ribbon header
Select 'Intro Texts' from the ribbon bar
Select 'Change Project names in intro' from the drop down menu
Change the Brand name in the bottom middle panel
Change the Location name in the bottom middle panel

Edit the default starting screen panel.

Add logos of Contributing Partners

Select the change logo option.

With this option, logos of parties who have contributed to the impact session can be uploaded. These logos are then visible in the default starting screen.
