System Specifications

Tygron products utilize gaming technology as their driving force, most notably the 3D visualization. This technology does mean a computer must meet certain requirements to be able to run Tygron products. Below the minimum system specifications.

Processor Intel Core i3 Processor (2.0GHz or more)
Memory Minimum of 4GB RAM
Graphics card * Has to support OpenGL 4.0 or higher, with a benchmark score exceeding 500. (This score can be found at videocardbenchmark.net.)
Screen resolution 1280 x 800 pixels or higher
Operating system Windows 7, 8, 10 (64 bit)
Internet connection ** Required
* We have found that NVIDIA cards provide the best stability in comparison of Intel and AMD. Therefore, we can strongly advise NVIDIA Geforce GT940 for desktop computers and NVIDIA Geforce GT940M for laptops (or better!). We recommend looking for cards in the high-end consumer segment (GeForce), as the Tygron Engine does not make use of the extreme-precision capabilities of the more expensive Quadro cards.
** There are no specific requirements to the internet connection. It is however advisable to test the available connection when preparing for a session.

Software Guide

In addition to hardware requirements, the following software is also required.

Video card Drivers

Please make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your video card from the original manufacturer. Below a list of video card driver download locations:

Requirements for older versions

Some users may still be using an older version of the Tygron Engine. For legacy purposes, requirements for this version can be found on the Requirements (Legacy) page.
