Exclude water (Heat Stress Overlay)

Calculations at water locations may be skewed or misinterpreted. In addition, the DPRA Heat stress report indicates that some types of data currently cannot be measured accurately enough in a location of water. To prevent these values from affecting further calculations, or inciting questions around interpretation, it is recommended to exclude water from the end-result.
