Popups are objects in the 3D Visualization that can provide information on a subject on that location, provided by an action or a panel. They are visualized as a 3D object when viewing them at a close distance, an as a 2D object when viewing them at a larger distance. When clicking on a popup, depending on the type of popup, the popup panel opens or the textual Panel panel opens.
They also have the ability to merge together with neighboring popups, which alters what happens when you click on them.
