Roads have defined values for traffic intensities, with each type of traffic represented as a separate value. The Traffic Noise Overlay can use these values to base decibel emission calculations on.

</onlyinclude>

The value can either by a single value, or an Attribute array of values. As a single value, this reflects the amount of vehicles per hour at any point of the day. As an Attribute array, it's assumed to be an array of 24 values, each value corresponding to each hour of the day.

NUM_CARS vehicles/h 0 to 2147483647 The amount of car traffic on this road. 0 NUM_TRUCKS vehicles/h 0 to 2147483647 The amount of truck traffic on this road. 0

The value can either by a single value, or an Attribute array of values. As a single value, this reflects the amount of vehicles per hour at any point of the day. As an Attribute array, it's assumed to be an array of 24 values, each value corresponding to each hour of the day.

TRAFFIC_NOISE_SIGMA dB(A) Difference in noise intensity of vehicles at their reference speed. Effectively a flat modifier in noise. TRAFFIC_NOISE_TAU dB(A) Difference in noise intensity of vehicles for every order of magnitude difference with their reference speed. Effectively a speed-dependent modifier in noise. 0 TRAFFIC_SPEED km/h How fast vehicles move on this building.
