Surface water level is calculated per cell.
- WLsurface = Wsurface + Hsurface
Where:
- WLsurface = The water level, relative to datum.
- Wsurface = The amount of water (the water column) on the surface.
- Hsurface = The terrain height in the cell, relative to datum.
