When a value of 1 is configured for this attribute, roads (sidewalks) with pedestrian traffic are included in the travel distance model. Select 0 to ignore roads (sidewalks) with pedestrian traffic.

Buildings with any number of pedestrians traveling on them are considered roads with foot-traffic. This is defined with the Pedestrians per hour Function Value.

There are no Buildings which by default are configered to facilitate foot-traffic.
